Returns

Ready-to-Wear. Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer (except for defects or wrong items).

Custom & Guided-Custom bracelets. Made to order and not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Sizing issues. For made-to-order bracelets you may request one free resize within 30 days of delivery — you cover return postage, we re-string and ship it back free.

Defects / damage / wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a free remake or full refund; we cover the shipping.

Cancellations. Free cancellation within 12 hours of ordering, before production begins. Once a custom order is in production it can't be cancelled.

Return address. Returns go to a US return address — domestic, with no cross-border shipping or duties. The exact address is provided by our team after you start a return; please don't ship items back on your own.

Refund timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
